An important stage in Zhanna’s professional development was her work within the Legal Department of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, where she was responsible for protecting the legal interests of the state in strategically important areas, including privatisation, lease, and disposal of state-owned property. This experience enabled her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the legal mechanisms governing the management and disposal of public assets — expertise that today represents a significant advantage in advising clients on complex property-related projects.

For more than five years, Zhanna served as a Senior Legal Counsel within Ukraine’s state international broadcasting system, which includes the state enterprise Multimedia Platform of Ukraine’s International Broadcasting and the Ukrinform National News Agency. In this role, she was responsible for key areas of legal support for the state broadcaster and developed substantial practical expertise in intellectual property and public procurement.
