She progressed through key positions — from court hearing secretary to assistant to the First Deputy President of the Court of Appeal — gaining exceptional insight into procedural mechanisms and the practical operation of criminal and administrative proceedings.

Viktoriia dedicated more than 13 years of her career to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, where she served as a Judge’s Assistant and Legal Research Adviser. Her work covered virtually all areas of law, establishing her as a highly accomplished specialist in constitutional law and providing her with a comprehensive understanding of Ukraine’s legal system as a whole.

Her outstanding professionalism has also received recognition at the national level. In 2018, Viktoriia was awarded the honorary title of Honored Lawyer of Ukraine.
