Anastasiia Kapustynska’s addition to our team reflects the broader strategy of ETERNIX Law Firm — combining the strong foundations of the Ukrainian legal tradition with progressive international standards.
Anastasiia obtained her full legal education from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and is currently continuing her professional development through a postgraduate programme at the University of London. Her commitment to continuous learning enables her to apply modern legal approaches and international perspectives when advising and representing our clients.
Her professional career demonstrates rapid and consistent development. Anastasiia began her legal practice in 2022 as a legal assistant and, in 2025, obtained her licence to practise law as an attorney. She focuses on protecting clients’ rights in some of the most relevant and rapidly evolving areas of law in Ukraine today.
In particular, Anastasiia provides comprehensive legal assistance to military personnel and persons subject to military service obligations, advising and representing clients on matters arising from military and mobilisation legislation. She also represents clients in challenging unlawful decisions, actions, and omissions of public authorities.
Another significant area of Anastasiia’s practice is family law. In matters involving divorce, division of marital property, and determination of a child’s place of residence, she combines thorough legal analysis with high professional and ethical standards, ensuring reliable protection of clients’ interests during particularly sensitive and challenging circumstances.
Her expertise in administrative and military law, combined with her developing international perspective and strong litigation skills, makes Anastasiia a valuable member of the ETERNIX team, capable of responding effectively to the evolving challenges of today’s legal environment.
