ETERNIX Law Firm continues to expand its international professional partnerships and participate in key international legal events

Daria Lazareva, an associate at ETERNIX Law Firm, participated in the Dispute Resolution in M&A Transactions Conference—an international conference dedicated to dispute resolution in M&A transactions and international arbitration, which took place on May 21–22, 2026, in Warsaw, Poland.

The event was organised by the ICC International Court of Arbitration, ICC Poland, and GESSEL Attorneys at Law, bringing together leading arbitrators, partners of international law firms, in-house counsel, and experts from various jurisdictions.

Today, the development of international arbitration in Ukraine is of strategic importance. In the context of Ukraine’s post-war recovery, the attraction of international and European investment, business protection, and the country’s further integration into the European legal framework, effective dispute resolution mechanisms will play a crucial role in building the confidence of international partners and investors in the Ukrainian jurisdiction.
